Greg Caraway is Vice President of eDiscovery for IST Management Services. Greg has over twelve years of experience leading project teams in the management of extremely large document processing and review engagements involving multiple terabytes of data. Previous to his current position, Greg was a Director of Client Services at DTI and a Practice Support Project Manager with Jones Day LLP. Greg has also worked as a Litigation Trial Consultant for GDC Animation creating trial graphics and animations. Mr. Caraway is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Software Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Design Computing.
Ron Drake is the Vice President of eDiscovery Sales for IST Management Services. He has more than 22 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry. He served for eight years as Director of Operations at Atlanta Legal Copies. While in this role, he managed in excess of $25 million in revenue and over 200 employees. After leaving Atlanta Legal, Ron joined Kinkos Corporation. Ron reported to the Eastern Division President and was responsible for developing non-traditional business for the division. Ron joined IST in April of 1998 and currently oversees sales and market development in the southeast region.
Ron attended Georgia State University, majoring in Finance and Marketing. Residing in Powder Springs, Georgia, Ron is married with four children and actively involved in local church and community activities.
Marc Alscher is a Managing Vice President for eDiscovery with IST Management Services. Marc is responsible for directly overseeing new and existing business and assisting in developing new eDiscovery solutions. Marc comes to IST with 20 years of experience in litigation support and electronic data discovery. Marc has vast experience in multi-billion dollar intellectual property, securities and environmental litigation. He has consulted with law firms and corporations in the areas of litigation holds, document retention policies, data collections and large scale document reviews.
Marc is currently on the board for Legal Associations Network With a Purpose (LANWIP), an organization that raises money for various charities throughout the year. He was the 2013 and 2014 president of the South Florida chapter of the Association of Litigation Support Professionals (ALSP). Marc has a BS in Business Administration from Bradley University and volunteers to save dogs from being euthanized.
Tony Brown is a Regional Vice President for eDiscovery with IST Management Services. Currently he is responsible for cultivating new relationships and driving new business as well as managing existing relationships in the Greater Chicago area. Tony brings to IST 14 years of experience consulting Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments in the area of eDiscovery services and Litigation Support. Outside of work Tony enjoys spending time with his three boys, mostly in a hockey arena. He also looks forward to traveling all around the Midwest to various National Soccer and Hockey tournaments that his sons participate in throughout the year. Tony stays active in his community by Coaching youth Soccer, Hockey and Track n Field events.
Claire Caruso is a Managing Vice President for IST Management Services, managing eDiscovery sales in the Chicago market. Claire graduated from The University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business receiving a bachelor’s of business administration in both marketing and management. Claire has a strong background in entrepreneurship, having held a coveted office in the Bedell Entrepreneurship Learning Laboratory, the country’s largest student incubator for students pursuing a startup while attending college. A team thinker with strategic business intellect, Claire thrives on taking partnership management to new levels. She has had tremendous success in her previous role as marketing coordinator at SK Models. This unique industry allowed her to travel and learn about new cultures. Unbridled enthusiasm, a strong sense of corporate citizenship and a high standard of ethics are at the core of her capabilities. As a solution driven person, Claire’s philosophy is simple; service is the reason behind results! In her spare time, Claire advocates for sustainable practices, enjoys Hawkeye football games, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Lenora Caruso is a Regional Vice President for IST’s St. Louis Market, specializing in e-Discovery solutions. She graduated with a dual degree in Elementary and Middle Level Education from the University of Northern Iowa before moving into sales. She has spent time as an expat in China, Singapore, and Mexico developing strong communication skills, allowing her to effectively deliver exceptional customer service. Her volunteer efforts include supporting Girls on the Run, an organization which helps develop self-esteem in young girls. During her free time, Lenora enjoys travel, hiking, baking, and yoga.
Derek deLarios is a Regional Vice President responsible for the Texas market at IST Management Services. With fifteen years of experience, Derek has developed an exceptional knowledge and understanding within all facets of the eDiscovery space. His collaborative approach, along with in-depth expertise in providing the necessary technology, services, and personnel needed to optimize his clients’ discovery while mitigating risk. Derek has proven track record in helping his clients meet their end goals while staying within the budget set forth. Outside of work Derek is a devoted husband to his lovely wife and most of their time is spent with their two small children, while dreaming of the days of when he can pick up the golf clubs again.
Nicole DiBlasi is a Managing Vice President at IST Management Services, handling eDiscovery sales in North and Central Florida. She is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in communications and a concentration in sociology. Nicole has a passion for technology and the law, and this has developed into an in-depth understanding of eDiscovery and litigation workflow, practices and procedures. She has proven success in building and maintaining client relationships, and gaining credibility with senior level decision makers. Nicole is also a classically trained, prize-winning violinist, who has performed as soloist with several orchestras. She is a staunch advocate for music education and the importance of the arts in our world. As a top five finalist at Miss Massachusetts in the Miss America Organization, she won both the talent and lifestyle/fitness awards. Nicole has interned with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the House of Representatives, and the U.S. Office of Pretrial Services. Nicole helped to raise over $15,000 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and is a member of the VH1 Save the Music Foundation. In her spare time, Nicole loves cooking, fitness training, traveling, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Jennifer Ellison is a Managing Vice President for IST's Phoenix Market, with a focus on Facilities Management and specializing in e-Discovery solutions. Jennifer comes to IST with a background in the hospitality industry, specifically restaurant management. As a general manager, Jennifer was an integral part of increasing the sales for her location annually by 5%. She has worked with over 15 philanthropic organizations and is passionately involved in raising awareness about childhood bullying, especially the Kind Campaign. An Iowa native that transplanted to Phoenix over ten years ago, Jennifer enjoys rooting for the Hawkeye's and spends her spare time writing and hiking and is a proud mother of two young boys.
Colin Lerch is a Regional Vice President for eDiscovery with IST Management Services. Colin is responsible for managing new and existing business in the Carolinas. Colin has over 15 years of experience consulting on all types of cases from complex MDL Intellectual Property cases to Alienation of Affection. Cultivating relationships with clients enables him to understand their needs and provide real value to their business. “As a Regional Vice President, I focus on customer service and provide the expertise and resources my clients need to be successful.” Colin has consulted with law firms and corporations in the areas of litigation holds, document retention, forensic collections and large scale document reviews.
Colin received a Finance degree from Auburn University and enjoys taking his wife and two sons back for football and baseball games. Colin also coaches youth basketball and baseball, and sits on the Board of Directors at Mint Hill Athletic Association for baseball.
Kaci Barker is an account executive for IST Management Services, managing eDiscovery sales in the Houston market for eDiscovery. Kaci graduated from University of Houston, receiving a bachelor’s in Integrated Communication with a minor in Marketing. Kaci has a background in sales, online presence services, and brand representation. She has worked with companies ranging from local businesses to Nissan, Harley-Davidson, and Moet-Hennessy. She also volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, which provides scholarships to youth, as an active member on the Breeder’s Greeters committee. Kaci’s core objectives are customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and ensuring efficiency. In her spare time, Kaci enjoys working out, networking, exploring, and traveling.
Dreinie Botha is an Account Executive for IST’s Denver market, specializing in e-Discovery solutions. She joined IST from a career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in South Africa – Where she won multiple prizes for excellence in the field in various capacities. She is still able to call some of her past clients, friends. She has a degree in psychology and education, which combined is a great tool for keeping her clients happy and building a relationship that lasts, even past the date a prospective client becomes a client. Dreinie enjoys devoting as much time as possible to good causes like inmate family dinners, outreach to single mother homes and always has love left to give to animals.
Virginia Clymore is an Account Executive at IST Management Services, handling eDiscovery sales in Raleigh/Durham North Carolina. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a degree in Communications and Marketing and a minor in Journalism. Virginia has a passion for building relationships and being a savvy sales person. In college, she interned with two major marketing companies--building her background experience and honing her leadership, public-speaking, and professional skills.
Virginia is also an advocate for the Confidence Coalition, Girl Scouts of the USA, and Prevent Child Abuse America, raising over $25,000 combined for the non-profit organizations. She was the first-runner up to Miss North Carolina in 2017, competing as Miss Raleigh for the US International pageant system. She was a student athlete on her University's collegiate cheerleading and dance team where she was recognized as a Chancellor's All-Academic Award recipient for having the highest GPA on the team. Virginia is an alumna of Kappa Delta Sorority and during her collegiate years she was elected to hold council positions in public relations, and membership education. She was also an assistant editor on her college newspaper staff, writing stories and selling page advertisement spaces to local businesses. In her free time, Virginia enjoys meeting new people, volunteering and public-speaking at community/campus events.
Kasey Eckman is an Account Executive for IST in the Indianapolis and Louisville market, specializing in e-Discovery and digital forensics. She joins IST with several years of experience in customer service and medical devices sales in the Nashville, Tennessee area. She graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. As a walk on played four years of soccer and earned her Bachelor's Degree in business management. Kasey is a team player and is very passionate about meeting new people and establishing business relationships with them. She is very focused when it comes to solving problems. She also has a passion for fitness and loves the outdoors. She'll take any day out on the lake! She loves watching and attending sport events. She is originally from Ohio and is very loyal to her dear Cleveland Browns football team.
Lauren is an Account Executive for the New York market; she graduated from New York University’s Steinhardt School with a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Learning. As a former middle school teacher in a Title 1 School in Brooklyn, Lauren utilizes her skills in problem-solving and building meaningful connections to further enhance her customer service. A proponent for physical activity and mental stability, she is in the process of becoming a fitness instructor and thoroughly enjoys reading suspense novels.
Gina is a native Texan of Huntsville, TX. Gina’s passion to discover and learn about other cultures led her to Argentina where she lived for a year as a Student Ambassador through Rotary International Youth Exchange. Motivated by her continued desire to travel and experience new cultures, she made short trips to Brazil, Morrocco and Panama. Gina is an alumna of the University of Houston and a former member of the SHSU International Student Organization. She mastered the Spanish language very quickly and also studied Italian for two years. She is very dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and is a huge HIIT workout fan! Gina also loves to karaoke and cook international cuisine, as well as frequent concerts, festivals and looks forward to outdoor activities. Although, her biggest pride is in raising her three young toddlers and spending family time.
Her experiences traveling and being exposed to many different social surroundings and cultures at a young age provided Gina with the tools to adapt quickly, self-manage and excel in sales.
Gina dedicated over 10 years of her professional career to the Multi-Family Property Industry. Her last property was in Killen, TX where she lived onsite and successfully managed an off-base Army, Multi-Family Property of 344 units for 3 years.
Following a move to San Antonio, she began work as the Sole Territory Sales Manager for Delta Foremost Chemicals. Here she sold specialty maintenance chemicals in the greater San Antonio area and surrounding cities. Gina tripled the profit of her territory in less than two years.
When it comes to relationships, Gina has always held a strong belief that integrity and trust are critical to establishing and building relationships. She is a loyal friend, passionate about her career and determined to always make progress.
Katie Jones is an Account Executive for IST Management Services handling eDiscovery sales in the greater Nashville area. Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. She has extensive experience in customer service and sales in the healthcare, legal, and IT markets. Katie is passionate about building relationships and providing exceptional customer service to her clients. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, swimming, taking her dog to the park, and live music. She loves sports and is loyal to her Tennessee Vols, Titans and Predators!
Kayla Kozar is an Account Executive at IST Management Services handling eDiscovery sales in the Cleveland Territory. She graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in Sports Medicine. Kayla has a passion for meeting new people and establishing a mutual business relationship. In college she competed in a sales competition in which she competed against 20 of her peers and earned the highest score per grading criteria. Kayla enjoys exploring Cleveland's booming restaurant scene and outdoor activities such as going to the beach, sand volleyball and biking.
Loni Molacek is an Account Executive for IST Management Services, handling eDiscovery services within the Kansas City Missouri market. Loni graduated from University of Kansas with a degree in Sociology and minor in Communications. She comes to IST from an extensive background in outside sales focusing on pharmaceuticals, textiles, and manufacturing. We believe her past experience in building successful relationships and effectively educating clients on products and services will add great value to the IST eDiscovery team. Personally, Loni is actively involved in The March Dimes of Kansas City, a charity focused on preventing premature births. Last year, her family was nominated as the Ambassador Mission Family and raised over $383,000 dollars at the MOD Signature Chefs Auction. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter, family and friends, staying fit, and traveling to new places.
Patricia Mora is an Account Executive for IST’s Atlanta with an extensive background in customer service, management, and sales. As a committed professional and creative thinker, Patricia has had ample success navigating negotiation processes that have turn regular business contracts into sustained partnerships. Patricia's experience managing multi-dwelling apartments with Milestone management for 2 years awarded her the sensibility to interact with clients in a multicultural setting and in the last year had achieved the Million Dollar Club twice. Patricia is committed to a healthy lifestyle and has a passion for fitness which prompted her to become a certified fitness instructor, a role that opened up a number of opportunities to give back to the local community in Atlanta, as she became an advocate for promoting active lifestyles as a way to empower at-risk-youth through several fundraiser's organized in fitness facilities across Atlanta and suburban areas. Patricia enjoys traveling, dancing, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Jennifer Paquette is an Account Executive for IST Management Services, managing eDiscovery sales in the Los Angeles market for eDiscovery. Jennifer immediately joined the US Army right out of high school and had an exciting career as an Analyst working at NSA, Kunia, and Hunter Army Airfield. She attended the University of Southern Maine using her GI Bill, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Media Studies with a focus on Journalism and Cultural Studies. Her passion for travel took her to Paris, Italy, New York, and Boston before she settled in Los Angeles. She has a diverse sales background in Information Management & Market Research working at Iron Mountain, Bacon’s Information, and Datassential. She reentered the workforce in 2015 as a recruiter for eDiscovery and executive search. She volunteers with YAA (Young At Art) as well as FOLA (Foundation of Local Artist), a non-profit dedicated to bringing Art to schools. As a former Ski Instructor/Coach, in her free time you can find her speeding down a snowy mountain or traveling somewhere new to explore. She is a proud mother of two children.
Miranda Ryan is an Account Executive for eDiscovery at IST Management Services in the Boston market. Miranda comes to IST with several years of sales experience through merchant services, auto services and medical devices. She holds her license of Real Estate in the state of Massachusetts with a focus on residential properties. Her compassion and attention to detail is what has put her in top rankings amongst peers throughout her career. Ms. Ryan is a Worcester State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business management. What she enjoys most outside of her everyday work is her passion for spontaneous travel and indulging in home makeover projects.
Ranae Shepherd is an Account Executive for IST’s Los Angeles market, specializing in e-Discovery solutions. She joins IST from a career in sales with an extensive background in Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing. Ranae is known for her servant’s heart and has had tremendous success building and maintaining client relationships. In addition to her never ending work ethic of serving her clients she has had longevity with every company she has ever worked alongside. Ranae assists her husband in church ministry along with running a nonprofit helping those in the entertainment industry. Once a month she does a devotion at the women’s jail speaking to over 150 inmates as well as conducting a devotion for a local female sober living home. Ranae has been a wish granter for the Make a Wish foundation for 14 years.
Kylie Siscoe is an Account Executive for IST Management Services, managing eDiscovery sales in the Austin market. Kylie earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio focusing in Communication and minoring in Business Administration. Kylie has a demonstrated history working in customer service, and believes that relationships are the foundation of business. She has experience working with judicial campaigns and has a passion for community outreach. In her spare time, Kylie enjoys traveling, hiking, and volunteering at the local Humane Society.
Jennifer Titus is an Account Executive for e-Discovery in the New York and New Jersey markets. She joins IST Management Services from a strong background in insurance sales and customer service. Specializing and focusing in customer relations, she is accustomed to working around the clock to make sure that her clients receive the best service possible. Jen graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rider University with a BA in English and minor in Musical Theatre & American Studies. She was an active member of the Sigma Tau Delta honor society and recipient of the Girl Scout Gold Award. Jen is a New York State Notary Public and licensed in life, health and P&C insurance in New York & New Jersey. In her free time Jen volunteers with local community theatres and is a skiing instructor.
Andrea van Wagenberg is an Account Executive for the Baltimore and DC market, specializing in e-Discovery and digital forensics. She joined IST from a cybersecurity startup in DC where she was the Channel Manager for the central United States focusing on large security VAR’s such as Optiv Security. Andrea received her undergraduate degree in Criminology and Sociology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She then went on to receive her Masters in Cybersecurity Policy from University of Maryland University College. Andrea was also a rising star for the Living Classrooms Foundation, founded in Baltimore, which focuses on strengthening communities and inspiring young people to achieve their potential through hands-on education and job training, using urban, natural, and maritime resources. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, OrangeTheory, spending time with family and friends and visiting the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
Lauren Vaughan is an account executive of eDiscovery for IST Management Services in the Mobile/New Orleans area. She graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics before transitioning into sales. During her time at college she participated in philanthropy events benefitting St. Jude Children’s research hospital. Lauren loves the going to the beach and meeting new people.
Julie Wiesman is an account executive for IST Management Services, managing eDiscovery sales in the greater Atlanta area. She has an extensive background in sales, wellness, hospitality, group fitness, and brand development in the New York, Miami, and Atlanta markets. For several consecutive years Julie enjoyed a dance career with the NBA, including both the New York Knicks City Dancers and the Miami Heat Dancers. As a 3X National Collegiate Dance Champion, and several years of experience in the commercial/film industry, she has developed a passion to continually exceed expectations. After specializing in fitness motivation for almost a decade, she believes in the power of changing people’s lives every day, and naturally embraces a positive leadership mentality in everything she does. Julie is committed to creating long term partnerships with each and every one of her clients, and strives to be the most dependable, passionately referred account executive in the industry. In her spare time she enjoys traveling the world, volunteer charity work, cooking, Pilates, and personal training.
Ryan Horton is a Digital Forensic Expert for IST Management Services. Ryan has been involved with digital data and forensics for 7 years. He has served his clients in both civil and criminal cases with a knack for quick solutions to complicated collection needs. Ryan has extensive knowledge in mobile device forensics as well as computer and cloud data collections. He has provided expert testimony in both Federal and State Court for criminal and civil matters. Working with a variety of government and private entities, Ryan has developed a well-rounded set of skills to tackle collections, preservations, analysis, and consulting on multiple matters involving digital data. When he is not conducting analysis, you can find Ryan tinkering with various technologies and gadgets.
Andy Jacobs is a Digital Forensic Expert for IST Management Services based out of Denver, CO. Andy brings five years of systems administration and three years of computer forensic expertise with him to IST. He has worked on civil litigation matters, as well as criminal, across multiple different platforms of digital media. With a passion, Andy is constantly exploring solutions for new environments, in an ever changing technological world. He brings an energetic deposition to the company, with a can do attitude, and outgoing personality.
Hailing from Ohio, Andy is an avid sports fan, following The Ohio State Buckeyes and Columbus Crew. When not delving into the world of forensics, he is outside exploring the active food scene in Denver, or hiking in the mountains.
Tameca Brooks is an eDiscovery Project Manager for IST Management Services. Tameca has 13 years of Paralegal and Project Management experience supporting attorneys in a variety of large-scale litigations. She has supported case teams involved in ITC; Second Requests; and other Federal, District and State Court litigations. Prior to her current position, Tameca has worked as a Project Manager at Iris Data Services and DTI. Tameca holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science Degree in Biotechnology from University of Maryland University College.
David Bonson is a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager with IST Management positioned in the San Francisco Bay Area. David has 13 years’ experience in eDiscovery/Litigation support service, has worked for multiple AMLAW 100 firms and most recently was the Senior Manager of eDiscovery with the Walmart Legal eDiscovery team. Working with case teams on various litigation matters for several years has given David an extensive working knowledge of Relativity and how it best serves clients. David has also been a Trial Consultant with ACT in California and is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Mathematics. David is happily married and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
Jeff Grogan is an eDiscovery project manager for IST Discover-E. Jeff has 15 years of experience supporting attorneys in a variety of litigations. He has worked with case teams involved in multinational litigations. Previously, Jeff served as Director of Litigation Support and Information Technology at Mazursky Constantine for 3 years and was in the Jones Day Atlanta office for 12 years. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia.
Azure Hicks-Brown is an RCA Certified eDiscovery Project Manager for IST Management. Azure is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where she received a BBA in Information Systems. While at Georgia Southern, Azure worked in the on-campus Computer Lab where she first found her love of computer technology. After graduation, Azure spent the next decade working in Call Center Operations and Business Analysis in Research Triangle Park, NC. At the turn of the millenia, Azure moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where she began her career as a CyberForensics Analyst within Bank of America's newly formed internal eDiscovery department. Years later, after leaving the corporate world for the flexibility of the third-party vendor, Azure has worked her way up through the ranks to acquire the knowledge and experience she has today. Heading up project both large and small, Azure focuses on making sure her clients have the tools and education needed to make each project a success. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books by her favorite author, listening to eclectic musical selections and spending time with her family.
